Youth Development Program Training
Youth Development Program training focuses on implementing the core concepts learned in Fostering Resilient Youth through train-and-impact lessons that are ready to utilize instantly with youth within your span of care.
In addition to 6 hours of live training sessions and all resources necessary to implement programming, you are provided with an enriched virtual learning environment that connects you with other participants and encourages collaboration. Our specifically designed and validated survey tool from the Search Institute™ included with the curriculum, measures change in Resilience, Positive Identity, Internal Developmental Assets and Growth and Development, allowing for easy data collection and presentation.
