Discover You™ envisions a world where all youth have the opportunity to live their full potential. Our mission is to build hope and resilience in youth based on a foundation of acceptance, support, and respect that results in positive life choices. Certified Coaches deliver our self-authored, evidenced-based curriculum directly to youth within our region. In order to reach every kid, everywhere, we equip and inspire adults who work with youth on core concepts and provide easy to implement tools to support their efforts. Direct Service
Certified Coaches trained in Discover You™ deliver our evidence-base, youth development curriculum in alignment with schools and community systems in the region. Interactive workshops build core competencies in youth development, mental wellbeing, and career readiness while increasing Developmental Assets in youth. Additional direct service opportunities include the Positive Alternative to School Suspension (PASS) program and PeerLIFT, a student-led initiative built on the foundation of peer-to-peer engagement.
Discover You™ Community
The Discover You™ Community offers an authentic and collaborative, virtual learning environment where members share insights as they engage with educational content. Adults who impact youth will find dedicated groups to learn, share, and grow, creating a culture that emphasizes strengths and values every voice. Youth have access to self-led lessons that create a sense of belonging and teaches valuable life skills needed to thrive.
Professional Development
We build foundations and provide tools to enable adults to develop soft skill competencies both for themselves and in youth. Expert facilitation and proven strategies paired with real-world applications, increase potential, builds confidence, and creates lasting impact. All professional development topics can be selected individually as a standalone session or combined to address multiple areas of focus. Once topics are selected, the content will be curated to meet the organization’s goals and initiatives.
Discover You™ Training
Our train-and-impact solutions equip adults with evidence-informed skills and strategies. Fostering Resilient Youth covers foundational principles of a strengths-based approach to youth development. Training on a Youth Development Program focuses on implementing those core concepts and provides the knowledge, curriculum, and resources to utilize instantly with youth within your span of care. Current offerings are designed to reach a range of youth from middle school to post-secondary.

Reflection Notebooks promote reflection, skill-building, and deeper learning to engage, grow, and thrive. Available in a smaller topic-specific size or a full spiral-bound edition.
